first i dunno if this neccesary for me to post since theres a lot of site
that offer free cursor lol..but still if u wish to design ur own static and even
animated cursor i recommend u guys to try this. dont hesitate to ask incase u didnt got it..

dont u know that it will only took u a minute or less
to make a static or simple 2 framed ( animated ) cursor..
specially if its a non-image or plain letters.. pictures instruction:

but try to maximized things u can do out of this software.. when the prog got an error or became dysfunction worry not all you have to do is reinstall the prog.. to fix. it... u can make as many design as u want like
blinking .. running...rain..jump..etc.. etc...
make ur imagination and creativity explore... this is a very simple prog...
why dont u give it a try and find out what i mean..
as of now i have tons of personalized cursor...
i change my cursor from time to time...
